Hericium Erinaceus

LIONS MANE

Lion's mane is a striking mushroom species characterized by its beautiful, white-capped appearance and tendency to cluster on trees. These mushrooms are celebrated for their numerous properties, like improving gut-health and mood as well as reducing anxiety; however, they are mostly know due to two particular compounds, erinacines and hericenones. These have been shown to stimulate growth of nerve cells and promote production of nerve growth factor (NGF) potentially leading to improved cognitive function, memory, and concentration.

TURKEY TAIL

Turkey Tail mushrooms get their name from its colourful appearance resembling the tails of wild turkeys. Historically valued in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine as 'Yun Zhi' and 'Kawaratake,' respectively, these mushrooms were believed to promote longevity and vitality. Today, Turkey Tail mushrooms are prized for their immune-boosting and digestion-balancing properties, containing polysaccharides and bioactive compounds that support overall health and well-being.

REISHI

Reishi mushrooms, also known as Lingzhi in Chinese, have a distinct appearance with their shiny, reddish-brown cap and woody texture. Historically, Reishi mushrooms were reserved for royalty and nobility due to their rarity and potent medicinal properties. Today, they are cultivated worldwide and are highly sought after for their renowned adaptogenic properties, including immune support, stress reduction, and anti-inflammatory effects.
